Attended today for 1st time since reopening post covid. Lucy has ensured all safety & hygiene measures have been... correctly adhered too. I was asked to wash & sanitise hands through the appointment & wear a face mask at all times. Lucy had all her PPE on throughout the procedures & there was also a screen between us. It was explained to me that once the instruments were used on me, as a regular customer, they would then be sanitised, placed under the uv light, then kept just for me. I could see up-to-date covid hygiene certificates that she had passed. I was made to feel safe, welcome & could clearly see that Lucy has really thought long & hard about what changes were necessary for her to re-open the salon in a safe way for both her clients & herself. I have been going to Lucy for many, many years. Her salon is very warm and welcoming. Lucy is very professional in... everything she does, I highly recommend her. I will be going next week to have gelish (manicure) removed and reapplied. And the colours she has got, will blow your mind, spoilt for choice!read more
